Submission Deadline:

The MOTA News is published bi-monthly, and the deadline for newsletter articles and ads is
the 10th of the month of publication (i.e. Jan. 10 for the Jan.-Feb. issue).

Please Note:

All ads also go on the MOTA website for 4 months -
We do not currently accept separate, website-only advertisements.
 

Newsletter Advertising Rates:

  • 1/8 page - $40 (3.5"W x 2.25"H)
  • 1/4 page - $80 (3.5"W x 4.5"H)
  • 1/2 page - $140 (3.5"W x 9"H or 7"W x 4.5"H)
  • Full Page - $250 (7"W x 9"H)

MOTA Mailing List:
 (currently ~375)

  • As an Excel file (via email) - $50.00
  • On mailing labels (via regular mail) - $65.00

  • Display ads go on the website in FULL COLOR, but are GRAY SCALE in the newsletter.

How to Order/Pay:

Please email your ad (preferably) to Rebecca Bowling at rabowling@gmail.com; or mail a hard copy to the address below.
(use any standard graphics format, PDF, or MS Word; or plain text - we will lay out the ad for you).

For mailing list purchases:
Your online payment through PayPal will automatically generate an email notifying us of your order, so there is nothing else to do. If you prefer to mail in a check, please mail to the address below, and send an email to rabowling@gmail.com indicating your preference of labels or Excel file.
